Am i writing something new here? I'd like to believe it. as there have been umpteen no of articles, Posts on this topic. What does the Internet Marketing stands for? Internet Marketing is niche where you sell, promote a service or a software. In Netphen, a small town in Siegen-Wittgenstein district, Germany, there is this small time electrician, called Thomas Putz, a very talented guy.. was getting rejected everywhere, i mean he couldn't find a client for himself. he has the capabilities & resources of traveling all over the Siegen-Wittgenstein district. then somebody suggested him prepare a blog for himself, and write in the evening about his experience of the days work in that blog. for 15 days whatever little work he was doing, he started writing in detail about it, on his blog. in his visiting card he had a link to his blog. slowly housewives of the area started noticing it, he had a clear description of all the small problems. his name circulated amongst the ladies in the area, if they have an issue they started asking him small questions on the blog. he replied to them daily. so the house wives saved a lot of money coz they could write to him and he would give them solutions online.
Is that Internet Marketing?
Yes! it is...
i have a very good friend who was working for an Automobile company. because of this slow down he lost his job. was living in a misery, and shared his problems with me. he had no special skills, had two small kids 4 and 1 respectively. i wanted to help him, so advised him for Affiliate marketing. i had no prior experience in affiliate markleting myself, just advised hom to read anbout it. he devoted around 2 months in learning the nuances of affiliate marketing. when he actually started, it took him 6 months to make his first sale. its one and half years now, he is pocketing more than $5000. he says the future is bright!
was that also Internet Marketing?
Yes!
Its basically selling a product or service through internet is internet marketing!

My article network is filled with splogs. This was encouraged by Matt Callen the owner when he ran a contest offering the person that connected the most splogs a free membership. This was addressed by Matt Cutts on his latest video from word camp.
Mr Cutts stated that these splogs are so easy to find due to the laziness of the sploger. They all say "just another wordpress blog" in the header. And confirmed by no updated theme.
Therefore members of my article network are posting content that will never be indexed. Mr Callen will pull down several months of fee's before the member realizes he has been duped.
